With Darwin Nunez ready to leave Liverpool this summer, a striker is high on the Reds’ list of priorities and the Merseyside club have once again been informed on the price of one of their top targets, Joao Pedro.

Ahead of the 2025/26 campaign, there is expected to be a lot of interest in Brighton duo Joao Pedro and Carlos Baleba and according to talkSPORT, the Seagulls will demand £100m to part ways with either player.

Liverpool have also been linked to Baleba in recent months as the Merseyside club keep an eye on the midfielders market for any potential deal after missing out on Martin Zubimendi last summer.
RTK understands that this area of the pitch is not a main priority for Liverpool this summer, as Rousing The Kop‘s transfer correspondent Graeme Bailey provides an update to clear up the Merseyside club’s interest in the Brighton duo.
Speaking exclusively to RTK, Bailey has provided the latest on Liverpool’s interest in Baleba and Pedro ahead of the summer transfer window.
“Brighton know what they have in Joao Pedro and Carlos Baleba – nobody in England has a better track record of buying low and selling high,” Bailey said.
If Liverpool want a number six then Baleba is very high on that list.

“But I am not sure summer moves for Pedro or Baleba are at the forefront of their thinking.
