Joe Gomez (hamstring), Conor Bradley (muscle) and Tyler Morton (shoulder) all remain sidelined with their respective injuries.
The Netherlands international was spotted in training on Monday and Slot confirmed that Gakpo is in to feature at Anfield on Tuesday night.

"Yeah, he [Gakpo] will be in the squad," Slot told reporters on Monday.
"He trained today for the first time."
PSG, though, will have a fully fit squad at their disposal when they face Liverpool on Tuesday night.
