Liverpool FC have released ticket details for their upcoming pre-season tour match against AC Milan.

Last month, the club announced their return to Asia for the 2025 pre-season tour, featuring a high-profile match against AC Milan in Hong Kong, a trip to China, and a first-ever summer visit to Japan.

The tour represents a strategic shift back to the Asian market after the club’s 2024 pre-season was held in the United States.

The Reds will face Italian giants AC Milan on Saturday, July 26, with both teams competing for the Standard Chartered Trophy.

This fixture will mark the first major football match at the impressive 50,000-seat venue, which officially opened on March 1, 2025, as part of the larger Kai Tak Sports Park complex.

This marquee match carries extra significance as it comes 20 years after Liverpool’s historic Champions League final victory over AC Milan in Istanbul.

The game will be played at the state-of-the-art facility in Kowloon, built on the site of the former Kai Tak Airport at a reported cost of HK$30 billion (US$3.8 billion).

Ahead of the upcoming fixture, Liverpool have announced ticket details.

“Pre-sale tickets will be available from May 2 to May 9, and will be open to all Official Members, season ticket holders, seasonal hospitality members, OLSCs, International Academies and those who have registered their interest – or still wish to do so,” the club announced on its official website. 

“Tickets will go on general sale from May 12.”

The club also revealed match and ticket details of the second leg of the tour.

“On the second leg of their Asia tour, Arne Slot’s men will face J1 League club Yokohama F.

Marinos at Nissan Stadium, Yokohama on Wednesday, July 30 (kick-off 7.30pm local time),”

“It will be the first time the club visits Japan on pre-season tour, and pre-sale tickets for this match will be available from May 23 to May 26?

Tickets will then go on general sale from June 11.”
