It appears that Tottenham’s injury crises has become a never-ending cycle.
The North London club are currently suffering rotten luck when it comes to injuries, with more than half a dozen first-team players now sidelined due to varying injuries.
Dominic Solanke was one of the most recent players to be sidelined, with Spurs’ record-signing expected to be out for about six weeks, ruling him out of Tottenham’s Carabao Cup clash with Liverpool next week.
Tottenham travel to Anfield to face Liverpool in the second leg of the semi-final of the Carabao Cup.
They make the trip to Liverpool’s stadium with a one-goal advantage but with a long list of absentees.
With the game set to hold on February 6th, just one week from today, Tottenham was hit with a new injury concern as one of their regular starters came off in their Europa League game on Thursday.
Which Tottenham player was injured?
Tottenham defender Radu Dragusin was forced off in the second half of their 3-0 Europa League clash win over Elfsborg.
The defender looked in agony as he clutched his knee and collapsed to the turf before being hauled off.
His injury would present a big hit for Tottenham who have an already stacked treatment table.
The club’s remarkable list of absentees also includes James Maddison, Brennan Johnson, Dominic Solanke, Destiny Udogie and goalkeeper Guglielmo Vicario.
