Trent Alexander-Arnold will leave Liverpool for Real Madrid this summer.

The future of the 26-year-old has long been the subject of speculation, with his contract at Liverpool due to expire this summer.

The defender first joined his boyhood club at the age of five, and was handed a first senior contract some 12 years later.



The transfer will officially go through in July when his deal with the Reds officially ends.

According to talkSPORT, Alexander-Arnold has agreed to a five-year contract with Real, worth in excess of in excess of £220,000-per-week.

That amounts to £11.5million-per-year, a significant upgrade on his current wages at Liverpool.
