Trent Alexander-Arnold is hoping to be back before the end of the season and could return by mid-April, claims a recent report.

The defender sustained an ankle injury in last week’s Champions League exit at the hands of Paris Saint-Germain.



That could be the case when Liverpool next plays on 2 April at home to Everton given Alexander-Arnold is unlikely to return in time while no update has emerged on Bradley in weeks.

The report adds the problem will keep him out for a "matter of weeks rather than months which would see him make a return at some point in mid-April."

Alexander-Arnold could target matches against West Ham (13 April), Leicester (20 April) and Tottenham (27 April) as possible returns.
