From a defensive point of view, Alexander-Arnold made four clearances, made just one tackle, won one out of his two duels, made no fouls and was not dribbled past by any Villa player.

The full-back has certainly not downed tools as many fans have suggested since the turn of the year as it remains to be seen if his Liverpool story continues next season.
