Sometimes it can be easy to forget what a giant institution Liverpool Football Club is.
When focusing on the game-to-game drama and stressing about results, transfers and everything in between, the club itself can begin to feel secondary.
But the reality is that few sports teams on the planet can claim to have the pull of Liverpool.
There are countless famous Liverpool supporters from Daniel Craig to Samuel L.
Jackson and many more besides.
One Hollywood superstar who has never been afraid to share his love for the Reds is Mike Myers.
And with Liverpool looking good to win the Premier League, Myers has been spotted donning some Reds training gear during a new appearance on iconic NBC show Saturday Night Live.

Myers may not be as relevant today as during his ‘Austin Powers’ prime, but the 61-year-old is still an incredibly familiar face.
With the release of ‘Shrek 5’ also on the horizon in 2025, Myers is seemingly back on the press trail.

The Canadian made his name on the world famous SNL, introducing characters such as ‘Wayne’s World’s’ Wayne Campbell to audiences during the late 1980’s and 1990’s.
And as he returned to the show alongside host Shane Gillis on Saturday, Myers made sure his love of Liverpool took centre-stage.

As seen in a video of the show’s end credits posted on X, the actor can be seen wearing an LFC bodywarmer as he, Gillis and singer Tate McRae wrap things up.
Having grown up in Canada and made his name as an actor in America, it may seem arbitrary for Myers to be a Liverpool fan.
However, as he explained to the Liverpool ECHO back in 2013, his support for the Reds is anything but random.
“I was born in Canada in ‘63 and my parents came to Toronto in ’56, and there’s no-one more English than an Englishman not living in England,” said Myers, who’s parents were both Scousers.
“Our house was a shrine to Liverpool.
I love the people here and I really do think it’s my home.”
With millions of viewers across the US tuning in to watch each new instalment of SNL, Myers has just reaffirmed his support in the most public of ways.
