One of such players that is showing real signs of a bright future is Stefan Bajcetic.
The 20-year-old midfielder has handful of first team appearances to his name but they were aided by injuries to other key players in the team.
Bajcetic has spent the entirety of this season on loan as he looks for regular first-team football.
In the first of the current campaign, Bajcetic plied his trade with RB Salzburg, but after struggling in Austria he got sent back to Liverpool.
In the second half of the season, Bajcetic has linked up with Las Palmas in La Liga and has been impressing ever since.
Such are the level of his performances, he has now attracted the interest of Villareal.
Matteo Moretto stated that Stefan Bacjetic’s continues to shine with Las Palmas and it does not go unnoticed, and for the Spanish midfielder the lights of the market are coming on.
Moretto said: “According to my information, another year on loan in Spain is on the horizon for him, as it is the league in which he wants to consecrate himself and continue to grow.
The club most interested in him at the moment is Villareal.”
“It is not a solution to be ruled out.”
It is unclear whether Stefan Bajcetic’s long term future lies at Liverpool, but the club are sure to be willing to grant him extra game time in a league that he is becoming familiar with.
It will grant him the opportunity to grow and develop as a player before returning to Liverpool and fighting for his place.
