Liverpool manager Arne Slot was left bewildered after a mix-up cost his team the opening goal in their meeting with Southampton.
A breakdown in communication between Virgil van Dijk and goalkeeper Alisson allowed Will Smallbone the opportunity to pounce at Anfield - before the midfielder swept home for the rock-bottom visitors.
In something of a turn up for the books, the Saints went in leading 1-0 at the interval, against the league leaders, leaving Slot flabbergasted from the stands on Merseyside.
However, within ten minutes of the restart, the tables were turned by Darwin Nunez and Mohamed Salah (pen).
Slot is still serving his two-match touchline ban following his actions during the recent Merseyside derby and he could do nothing more than watch the Reds fall behind at Anfield.
But since then, Nunez slammed home to level proceedings, before top-scorer Salah converted from the spot.

Rumours are still circling regarding Van Dijk's longer-term future at the club, with the colossal defender out of contract during the summer months.
Alisson's future also remains a hot topic, given Valencia goalkeeper Giorgi Mamardashvili is set to arrive at the club and battle him for the No.1 jersey.
Some speculation had been that the Brazilian might now look for a move elsewhere, especially given his injury record and the fact Irishman Caoimhin Kelleher is also breathing down his neck.
