Curtis Jones sent a message to Anthony Gordon after Liverpool's win over Newcastle United in the Premier League.
Arsenal's goalless draw with Nottingham Forest on Wednesday evening mans that the Reds now sit 13 points clear at the summit.
Arne Slot left Jones on the bench for the win over Newcastle before eventually introducing the midfielder as a substitute in the second half.
After the full-time whistle, Jones and Gordon were spotted chatting with their arms on each other's shoulders.

It's unclear what the duo chatted about, but now Jones has sent a message on social media referencing the chat with Gordon.
The Liverpool midfielder posted a photo on his Instagram story which showed the full-time whistle chat between himself and Gordon.
Jones captioned the post with "My brother," and a heart emoji, which was then shared by Gordon on his own Instagram story.
The pair are good friends off the pitch, having also shared a dressing room during their time with the England Under-21s earlier in their careers.

Gordon was heavily linked with a move to Liverpool last summer in what could have been one of the first signings of the Slot era.
