Arne Slot’s side need a maximum of nine points from their remaining seven games, meaning three wins will be enough to win the title, even if Arsenal pick up maximum points.
Liverpool can pick up the first of those wins against West Ham on Sunday (2pm kick-off).
They then take on relegation-threatened Leicester City at the King Power Stadium on Sunday, 20 April (4.30pm kick-off).
If the Reds get six points from those two games, then a win against Tottenham Hotspur at Anfield on 27 April (4.30pm kick-off) would see them crowned as Premier League champions.

However, there is a way in which Liverpool could potentially secure the title against Leicester.
They would need to beat West Ham and then hope that Arsenal lose against Ipswich Town at Portman Road in the 2pm kick-off next Sunday, if that happens, then three points against Leicester would secure them the title.
