While the disappointment of last week’s Carabao Cup final defeat may linger slightly for Liverpool, eyes will soon be on finishing the job in the Premier League.
They have picked up 70 points from their 29 matches so far this season, and have lost just once throughout the campaign.
Winning the title would see Liverpool reach the milestone of 20 league titles, with two of them coming in the Premier League era.
It would also see Slot lift the title in his first season in charge of the club since taking over from Jurgen Klopp in the summer.

The international break gives fans time to reflect on the season so far, and also look at what is ahead in the Premier League.
Potential title winning games are being picked out.
Therefore, we have done the maths, and here’s just some of the dates where Liverpool could win this season’s Premier League title.
If Arsenal lose their next three games in the Premier League, and Liverpool win their next two, then a point in the home fixture against West Ham United on April 13 will be enough to see the Reds be crowned as Champions.
After the international break Arsenal host Fulham on April 1 (7.45pm kick-off), before travelling to take on Everton on April 5 (12.30pm kick-off).
That would put Slot’s men out of reach of second placed Arsenal, even if the Gunners were to win all of their remaining matches.
Presuming that both Liverpool and Arsenal pick up maximum points from their remaining games, then the title would be won by the Reds with a point against Chelsea at Stamford Bridge on May 3.
However, for every point dropped by either Arsenal or Liverpool, then the date changes.
