Liverpool still need a maximum of 11 points to win the Premier League title after falling to a shock loss away at Fulham.
The Reds had the opportunity to extend their lead at the top of the table to 14 points, following Arsenal’s draw away at Everton the day before.
However, Arne Slot’s side were unable to take advantage of their title rivals slip as their 3-2 defeat ensured their lead was cut back to 11 points.

As things stand, the Reds could win the title as early as their trip to Chelsea on Sunday, May 4, should they win their next four matches.
But having not been at their best in recent weeks, it is understandable if supporters are feeling a little anxious following their side’s defeat at Craven Cottage.
After losing to Fulham, Liverpool will return to action at home to West Ham United on Sunday, March 13.
They will then travel to relegation-bound Leicester City on Sunday, April 20 before hosting Tottenham Hotspur on Sunday, April 27.
Meanwhile, Arsenal’s next four Premier League games see them host Brentford on Saturday, April 12, travel to struggling Ipswich Town on Sunday, April 20, host Crystal Palace on Wednesday, April 23 and host Bournemouth on Saturday, May 3.
Should the Gunners drop points, the door opens for the Reds to win the Premier League earlier.
The rest of the pair’s run-ins sees Slot’s men take on Arsenal (H), Brighton & Hove Albion (A) and Crystal Palace (H) in their final matches of the campaign.
Meanwhile, the Gunners face Liverpool (A), Newcastle United (H) and Southampton (A) in their own last games.
With 21 points still to play for, Arsenal's maximum haul they can reach stands at 83 points.
Consequently, Liverpool only need 11 points from their remaining seven match to win the league.
However, boasting a superior goal difference of +42 to +30, 10 points should be enough for the Reds to finish the season as champions.
And with Liverpool still to host Arsenal in their penultimate home game of the season, even seven, eight or nine points could all be enough to win the title - providing they get a result against the Gunners.
There are still plenty more twists and turns to be had during the Premier League title run in, though, as Slot looks to lead his side to the title in his first season at Anfield.
