In completely out of the blue transfer news, Liverpool have reportedly agreed to sign 22-year old Spanish winger Victor Muñoz.Late Wednesday or early Thursday, depending where you are, saw Fabrizio Romano report that the Reds had completely pulled a surprise move off for the Spaniard and gotten a deal across the line.
