Despite seemingly missing out on Yan Diomande to Real Madrid, speculation has gone into overdrive over who the Reds could sign.Bradley Barcola is the most prominent name being linked, and he may have now edged closer to an exit from Paris Saint-Germain after deciding against signing a new contract with the club.Liverpool does have other alternatives in mind, which it may have to turn to if PSG refuses to budge on its reported asking price for Barcola.
Brighton’s Yankuba Minteh and Lille’s Matias Fernandez-Pardo are among those to have been identified as options.Another name to have been linked recently though is Neto, with questions being raised about his future at Chelsea as the churn of players continues at Stamford Bridge.According to the Daily Mail, Liverpool and Manchester City are among the sides that could be in the running for his signature, although Chelsea is said to not be actively looking to sell him.
