Liverpool’s ranking in world football has taken a hit this week, but they are still not as bad as Tottenham Hotspur.Arne Slot’s men play host to Spurs in a Premier League meeting on Sunday, aiming to bounce back from their 1-0 defeat in the Champions League on Tuesday night. After that defeat, Opta’s Power Rankings have now moved Liverpool down to the seventh-best team in the world, while Tottenham’s rapid decline sees them sitting 36th.
