Abe is also expected to be part of the Reds’ squad for the pre-season tour to the United States this summer.Abe has drawn plenty of interest over the past year, with a number of Liverpool’s rivals being linked with his services.
He is even reported to have been offered professional terms “in excess of £50k per week” by other teams.Having turned down those advances though, he will continue his development with the Reds, and will be a player to keep a close eye on in the near future.Who is Josh Abe?Abe is a left-footed winger who operates primarily from the right, although he is capable of playing across the front line, and is one of Liverpool’s hottest academy prospects.He joined Liverpool as an U9s player back in 2018, with Trent Alexander-Arnold on hand to welcome him to the club.
