The rest of their first five pits them against newly-promoted Ipswich Town (A), Fulham (H) and Bournemouth (A) with Iraola returning to his former club on the weekend of September 19/20. They take on Xabi Alonso's Chelsea on December 5 and May 1, while Enzo Maresca's Manchester City come to Anfield on October 10 before the return fixture takes place on May 8.The Reds travel to Hull City on Boxing Day before facing Aston Villa four days later at Villa Park.

Liverpool then host Coventry City in their first match of 2027. Their run-in sees them take on Chelsea, Man City, Brentford, Brighton and Bournemouth all in the month of May.
