Iraola will seek to bring in his own staff with reports claiming the Spaniard wants to bring Tommy Elphick, a Reds fan, from the Cherries.Slot and his staff ultimately paid the price for an underwhelming season that saw them plummet from first to fifth despite a summer outlay of more than £400million - which included them twice breaking the British transfer record.The Dutchman struggled to find solutions to problems that plagued the team all year, and even threatened their place in next season's Champions League for a period.When Slot was moved on a club statement claimed: "We have collectively come to the conclusion that change is necessary in order for the club to keep moving forward.
