The precedent was already set in the last 16 against Chelsea. PSG submitted a formal request to the LFP, Nantes agreed, and the game was shifted to the week of April 20, handing PSG a clear five-day gap between the two European ties.

They duly made the most of it, thrashing Chelsea 8–2 on aggregate. Now, according to French newspaper L’Equipe (via GFFN), PSG have formally asked for their Ligue 1 trip to RC Lens, originally scheduled for Saturday 11 April, to be moved to a later date in order to give Luis Enrique’s side a rest window between their Champions League quarter‑finals against Liverpool.
