Liverpool will “probably sign” Paris Saint-Germain and France star Bradley Barcola during the summer transfer window, according to Stefan Borson. Speaking to Football Insider, finance expert Borson was confident that the Reds will seal the addition for Barcola from PSG, in what could be a busy summer at Anfield: “Liverpool haven’t really done anything yet either, but they will do.

They’ll probably sign [Bradley] Barcola as a minimum, I would think. And are the teams lower down going to start picking off the excess at Liverpool, [Man] City, Arsenal, the fringe players that those teams would want to sell?” Liverpool will sign Bradley Barcola…won’t they?

The 23-year-old has exactly what the Reds need out wide, though, from blistering pace to quality in key attacking areas, and PSG manager Luis Enrique has made it clear what he thinks of him in the past: “He incarnates the present and the future. I am very happy for him.” Barcola’s price tag is clearly enormous, and paying £127.8m would make him Liverpool’s most expensive signing of all time, and that does bring some risks, should he not live up to the hype.
